Please be sure to READ ALL OF THE REQUIRMENTS ON THIS PAGE before booking an appointment. By booking, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these policies. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in being turned away and/or loss of your deposit.
id requirements
ID is required for EVERY new piercing service, even if you have been pierced by us before.
When booking an appointment online, you will be asked to attach a photo of your ID to your release form. If you forget to do so, or are coming in as a walk-in, you MUST bring your ID with you so that we can attach a photo of it to your release form in the studio. WE CANNOT PIERCE YOU WITHOUT PROPER ID.
ID is not required for jewelry installs or removals, EXCLUDING nipple or genital piercings, which will require ID every time, even if we have helped you before.
ID FOR CLIENTS AGE 18+
If your ID does not provide your name, date of birth, and a photo, multiple forms of ID may be used in order to meet these requirements.

ID FOR CLIENTS AGE 10-17
We do not pierce anyone under the age of 10. Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian, and we require ID from BOTH the minor being pierced AND their legal guardian in order to get pierced. Last names and/or addresses MUST match in order to be accepted. Multiple forms of ID may be used in order to meet these requirements.

prepare for your visit
To ensure that you have the very best experience during your visit, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Have something to eat at least a few hours beforehand. Getting a piercing has the risk of making your blood sugar drop; having food in your system can drastically reduce this risk
Do not be under the influence of drugs of alcohol
Try and get a good night’s sleep ahead of time
Be on time! If you are running late, please call and give us a heads up - we will always be as accommodating as possible. Depending on how late you are, we may need to reschedule your appointment, but will work with you as best we can
cancellations / no-shows
Life can be unpredictable, it happens to the best of us. If you know that you will be running late to your appointment, please contact us as soon as you can! We will do everything in our power to accommodate you, or help you to reschedule if you aren’t going to make it within your appointment time.
No-Show Policy
At the time of your booking, you will be asked to enter a credit card number. Your card will not be charged at this time. This is only for no-call, no-show protection. If you have an appointment and don’t call to let us know you are running late, you don’t show up, and we can’t get a hold of you to reschedule, your card on file will then be charged a $50 service fee. We hate to do it, but no-showing your appointment negatively affects our whole team, as well as the rest of our appointments for the day, and any other clients who could have booked at that time. Just call! We won’t be mad, we know that life happens. We will understand and can help to reschedule you for another time, allowing us to open up your time to somebody else.
